CARES is specialized foster care for children and youth whose needs are bigger
than standard foster care alone. Many have experienced repeated loss, disrupted
attachment, or chronic stress and require a home that is structured,
emotionally predictable, and intentionally supported.
CARES is not about doing more — it is about doing care differently,
with training, coaching, direct child support, and a team that shares responsibility.
